Our agency client has an immediate need for a Producer. Candidates must have a strong video production background. The right person will actively lead and manage creative projects through all phases.

Job Summary:

• Understand and predict scope and budgeting so as to properly align concepts and productions with anticipated or required budgets — ranging from scaled-down remote video production to higher-level on-location or in-studio productions
• Actively lead and manage creative projects through all phases, including:
  • Concepting and scoping
  • Consistent communication with account teams and with clients
  • Story development, scriptwriting, art direction, casting
  • Coordinating and directing shoots remotely or on location/set
  • Collaborating with internal and vendor resources (writers, videographers, editors, motion/graphic designers) — managing relationships and delivering creative excellence against production schedules and budgets
  • Post-production quality assurance, asset management, and delivery
• Edit projects on an as-needed basis (via Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Artfully communicate with account teams and clients to ensure that creative and messaging objectives are realized, expectations are managed, and deadlines are met
• Follows standard processes around project review/delivery and asset management

Professional Skills:

• Strong creative vision and point of view
• Film & video production and/or post-production experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Highly developed organizational and project management skills 

Requirements:

• Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in film & video production and/or post-production
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Experience directing and managing production and post-production partners/vendors
• Exceptional project management skills and experience tracking schedules, workflow, and digital assets using PM systems/software
• Experience in an agency, network-level journalism or in-house corporate communications environment is a plus
