Account Executive
Agency Account Management

Our agency client has an immediate opening for an Account Executive. This is a great opportunity for someone relatively new in their AE career or for someone with a little more experience under their belt. You will manage a primary account as well as work on other accounts, so you will be able to gain experience in multiple industries. Plus, you will be able to perform multiple tasks, get close to the clients and see the big picture – as opposed to just a small piece of the pie.   • Function as subject matter expert for your client’s business to define/lead strategies and plans that meet client’s goals; train other team members on client’s business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative briefs, project estimates, production schedules and creative and present to clients for approval
  • Attend internal meetings, update jobs and maintain status updates
  • Prepare agendas for client meetings
  • Oversee planning, development and execution of product launches and promotions
  • Develop and execute client communications strategies as well as agency recommendations and POVs
  • Develop and make presentations both internally and to client
  • Review all agency work, checking for accuracy and delivery on client strategy and objectives prior to submission to client
  • Maintain client billing summary
  • Manage and grow relationship with client


  • 1+ years' agency account executive experience
  • Experience managing print and digital integrated B2B marketing campaigns; must have print advertising experience
  • Experience in print advertising including direct marketing and materials needed for promotions and events
  • Ability to articulate client strategy and objectives to team members to ensure agency deliverables meet client’s needs and are on brand
  • Serve as liaison between client and agency team
  • Strong working knowledge of account management and agency procedures
  • Resourceful, self-starter with roll up the sleeves work ethic
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Previous project management software experience; agency will train on their system
  • MS Office proficient
